Well the difference is that principles are rules you have to follow and elements are the things that’ll help you complete those rules for your workspace or project.
The Design Elements are the fundamental parts or aspects used to compose any work of design.
Together with both elements and principles you can be even more creative. One thing can rely on the other and can create something imaginative.
