Adobe Illustrator can create drawings, “illustrations”, and artwork. This is compatible with either Windows or MacOS computer. Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator work well together. If you own Photoshop, then you’ll be familiar with the tools in Illustrator. The cost of this software is $19.99 per month. However, since this is an adobe product, there are certain packages that you can buy to own it for a year or owning another Adobe product with Illustrator.

PhotoScape is a graphics editing program, developed by MOOII Tech, Korea. The basic concept of PhotoScape is ‘easy and fun’, allowing users to easily edit photographs taken from their digital cameras or even mobile phones. Think of this as Adobe Photoshop but it’s not to hard or complex to use. However, the best thing about this is that this software is FREE. The cost is only $FREE.99.

GIMP is a free and open-source raster graphics editor used for image retouching and editing, free-form drawing, converting between different image formats, and more specialized tasks. So basically you can do image manipulation. This program is also FREE in case you didn’t enjoy using Illustrator or PhotoScape.

An extremely common art and graphic program would be Paint 3D. Yup! Paint 3D is a free program from Microsoft that includes both basic and advanced art tools, and it’s available only in Windows 10. Not only can you use brushes, shapes, text, and effects to create unique 2D art but you can also build 3D objects and even remix models made by other Paint 3D users. Since you may have seen this before, then you already know that this is FREE on Windows.
